Key role responsibilities

  • Self-training to further improve the own abilities within the system
  • Training and development of the end users within the branches within the dedicated region
  • Training and training on the job within the system for new co-workers
  • Consolidation and transfer of suggestions of improvement to BPO (Business Process Optimization)
  • Self-dependent arrangement of trainings as needed and preparation of content of trainings to be conducted
  • Interface and communication between users of the branch and BPO/ IT
  • Securing of compliance with companies’ rules and regulations
  • Regression testing according to relevant SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
  • Regular survey of the capability to use the system properly of all end users
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the training success

Key role requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Existing Airfreight and Ocean Freight knowledge
  • Preexisting Cargowise One knowledge
  • Good command of English verbal and written
  • Willingness of regular training as attendee and trainer
  • IT affinity
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Patience
  • Team Player
